Weight Tracker

I began my journey on August 1, 2014 at 353.4 pounds. I don’t have a set, quantifiable end goal at this point (see this post), but I am making small, manageable goals to get myself back on the right track! I started by weighing in every Monday to keep me on track during the weekends, but switched to Fridays in May 2015. Anyway, after each weigh in, I will post an updated chart and table below.

    • Thanks so much for the encouragement! Some days, it seems insurmountable, but I try to just take one day at a time 🙂 I’m enjoying reading through your blog, and I look forward to following you from now on!

      • Some days can be hard. I won’t lie BUT it is so worth it. I am loving what all I can do now instead of dreaming about all the things my weight prevented me from being able to do. Contact me anytime. I have been where you are. Your doing great. Always remember how far you have come – that will help on those hard days/meals!!!!

  3. Please tell me how you manage this graph and table on this page. Is it part of your theme? I currently copy and paste from excel, but then it doesn’t fit into my post. I’ve looked for tables in my theme, but can’t find any.

    • I actually copy the graph from Excel into Word, then use the Snipping Tool to capture it as an image. I also wasn’t able to find tables in my theme, so every week, I just copy and paste the data directly from Excel into my post. I haven’t had any luck with actually manipulating the text or adding lines to the table after it’s already in the post. I would think there would be an add-on of some sort for the paid WordPress accounts though… I’m totally glad to have found another numbers lover!
