Week 14 Weigh-In

So I had a little gain this week, but I’m ok with it. I worked out 5 days, drank a ton of water, and my food choices were excellent. After last week’s giant loss, I think my body is readjusting. I also think that I’m building muscle.

  • Starting Weight: 353.4 lbs
  • Last Week: 297.0 lbs
  • Current Week: 297.2 lbs
  • This week’s change: +0.2 lbs
  • Change overall: -56.2 lbs


My overall trend is phenomenal! And 7.2 pounds in 2 weeks is nothing to sneeze at.

    • I love Excel! Not only do I use it all day at work, I also make pivot tables and charts and trends and graphs out of just about everything at home, including my budget, savings, workout log, everything!
